She's a good friend, though a busy one and this book shows how much friendship can take. Her best friend joins a sect, though she can't see it and the story leads us into the turmoil around this and Annas not wanting to just let it go.
Thoroughly enjoyed this 2nd book in the series, it could be read alone, but really why would you? Get them both, I don't think you'll be dissapointed. I wasn't!
